Our web service does log information on each access, to include the date, time and Internet address. We use this information solely to analyze the flow of web traffic within our site and detect problems with our web content.

We collect identifying information on those who register to participate in GWS events. We use this information in web pages displaying event results, annual points standings, and awards. Event participants who do not wish to have their full name posted can opt to have only their first name and last name initial posted by indicating this as a preference when registering for an event. To apply this policy to an existing entry, please contact a GWS Webmeister.

The National Business Office of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Inc. provides a list of members who have chosen to affiliate with GWS. We do not sell, rent or share this list, mailing lists based on this membership list, or other information that would allow third parties to identify GWS members.

Applications for online ads are not stored on our web server; they are automatically emailed to the GWS webmasters and membership chairperson. Contact information you provide, to include first and last names, telephone number, and email address, is used in the online ad. Other identifying information is used strictly to verify your MBCA membership status and GWS affiliation.
